At Debby's Dresses, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your dress isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn dress with all original tags attached into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
